It took place for the first time in 20 September 1946 in Cannes, but from 1952 -until today- it is held every May in this lovely city located in the French Riviera. This year’s President of the Jury will be Nanni Moretti (an Italian film director, producer, screenwriter and actor whose latest film was “We have a Pope”). So, we are eagerly waiting to see one of the most glamourous as well as high respected film festivals around the world. CinemaFriend will be bringing you all the latest news from the 65th Cannes Film Festival. You can also visit the festival’s official website.
