One star is not enough, two stars are better, but how many movie stars should a film have? Could too many stars be “blinding”?

Unfortunately when many famous actors play in a movie it is likely an average one, although this is not always the case. Too much budget spent on the actors’ payment and less on the writer? Perhaps. Or the script was already “poor” so plenty of stars were needed to lighten it up. Maybe it is difficult to make all these celebrities cooperate. It could also be the case that the actors are having so much fun during the shooting which finally can’t be passed through the lens.

On the other hand there are amazing movies with lots of famous stars which are already or will become all time classics. Anyway, if the all-star movie you just watched was an average one, at least you have enjoyed gazing your favorite stars. So, here is CinemaFriend’s list of movies with (too?) many stars:
